1. Upload or Send Your Guest List: Please send your finalized guest list via upload here, or email it to customizations@januaryswiftstudio.ca with your Order Number in the subject line. Please ensure it is typed out exactly as you want it to appear (Excel, Google Sheets, or a clean Word document preferred). Note: Please double-check spelling before sending!
2. Approve Your Proof: I will send you a digital proof via email 2-3 business days after receiving your guest list for your final review and approval.
3. Receive your files: Once approved, you will receive a link to your final files via a Google Drive folder!
✧ Important Details ✧
▹ Turnaround: Final digital files are delivered within 2-3 business days after your proof is approved.
▹ Artwork Style: The design layout, fonts, and botanical/artistic elements are pre-designed and cannot be altered. Only the text and seating arrangements are customized for your order.
▹ No Refunds: Due to the custom, digital nature of this product, all sales are final once the proof is approved.
▹ Materials: Physical prints, foam boards, or frames are NOT included in this purchase. This is a digital file only.

Custom orders rely on teamwork! To ensure your seating chart is perfect and printed on time, please keep an eye on your email for your proofs.
▹ 3 Business Days: If I have not received approval or feedback within 3 business days of sending your samples, I will send a final reminder via email.
▹ 1 Week from Proof Delivery: If there is no communication regarding the proofs within one week of sending the proof, I will complete the order and send the final files as-is to ensure you have them before your event.
