My work is personally created and curated by me, using my trusty iPad and Procreate/Fresco/Affinity/Canva/Photoshop apps (Photoshop to give more ratios and increase image quality). This is a space for authentic, human-made art, and I'm proud to share my passion with you.

I will occasionally handpaint a piece using authentic oil paint; however, due to costs, time and materials, this requires additional time and is a much higher commission rate.

Keep an eye on my shop for authentic, original oil-painted pieces! These will come with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by myself, and a small print version of the piece to give to a loved one or friend. 💗

Yes! For all customized orders, I will send you a proof beforehand. If you’d like to see any further adjustments, please let me know no longer than 48 hours after the proof has been sent!

For wedding signage and charts, I will work with you directly to ensure they turn out exactly as you envisioned!

For non-personalized/non-customized orders, no proofs will be sent unless requested.

Customize: Enter your names (e.g., The Swifts or Jane and John), the date, and if you’d like, the location, a quote, or verse into the personalization box. Provide your e-mail to ensure you can receive your samples from me!

Review: I will send you three samples to start with. We will customize these together until you approve one to print!

Approval: Once we find your perfect fit (again!), I will begin to get your order ready.

If I haven't heard from you 3 business days after sending the proof, I will send a final reminder. However, I will proceed with the order if I haven’t heard from you 1 week from the order date.

Please note that prompt communication will result in prompt processing and shipping times! Later responses may have their ship dates adjusted accordingly.

Please check the "Estimated Delivery" date on the listing, but remember that delivery dates depend on how quickly you approve the proof/sample.

Delays in approving your design will result in delays in shipping.

If your wedding is less than 3 weeks away, please message me before ordering to see if a Rush Order is necessary (additional charges may apply).

Sometimes, transit isn't as careful with items as I'd like them to be! If your package comes damaged due to this, please get in touch with me with clear photos of the package and item.

For non-personalized items: I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.

For personalized items: Because these pieces are made specifically for you, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalized orders. However, if any item arrives damaged in transit, please contact me immediately, and I will happily provide a free replacement.

Because you are required to approve the final digital proof before production, I am not responsible for spelling errors or dates that were approved in the proof. Please check your guest names, wedding date, and venue spelling very carefully!

However, if the error was my fault (i.e., the print does not match the proof you approved), I will send a replacement immediately at no cost!

I’m a huge communicator and strive to ensure your vision is met. I provide any edits/adjustments to the best of my ability, while offering suggestions if you’re in a pickle! Customizing your piece is honestly my absolute favourite and most cherished part of my business.

I want to ensure each commission I take is given as much attention as I can give. Therefore, I only take a few commissions a year. Depending on the intricacy and detail of what you’re looking to have painted, this can take between 3-6 weeks for me to complete the painting.

If I can take your commission, please ensure that your event is at least 3-4 months away.

No, you don’t need a huge budget for bespoke wedding decor & stationery. My goal at January Swift Studio is to provide a range of pricing options so that couples (even on a tight budget) can receive the custom piece that makes their wedding special.

For a budget-friendly approach, I recommend purchasing an unframed or digital download piece.
