HOW TO PERSONALIZE

In the personalization box, please include:
The Names or Name: The names to be featured (e.g., Sarah & Michael, Mr. & Mrs. Davis, The Swifts).
The Special Date: The significant date you wish to commemorate (e.g., June 14, 2027, 06.14.2027, or June Fourteenth Twenty Twenty Seven, etc.).
The Location (Optional): Provide the location, which can be the city and country, or simply the venue name! (e.g., Toronto, Canada, or The Vineyard Estate, etc.)
A Quote or Verse (Optional): If there is a quote or a religious text verse (e.g., “He's more myself than I am. Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same.”)

Framed & Unframed Prints:
Paper Weight: 250 gsm (80 lb), thickness: 0.22 mm (8.7 mils).
Paper Finishing: Matte, smooth, non-reflective surface.
Ready-to-hang: Includes hanging kit, ready to hang directly on the wall.
Frame Material: Durable pine wood and composite resin for vintage frames.
Frame Measurements: 20-25mm (0.79"-0.98") thick, 10-14mm (0.4"-0.6") wide.
Frame Colours: White, Black, Natural Wood, Dark Wood, Gold (Retro, or Vintage style), Bronze Vintage, Silver Vintage, White Retro, and Black Retro.
Protection: Shatterproof plexiglass protects the print.
Framed and Unframed Canvases:
Canvas Material: FSC-certified wood stretcher bars, 99% cotton-polyester blend (300-350gsm, 350-400 microns).
Canvas Thickness: Slim canvas that is 2cm (approx 0.75' in) thick.
Frame Colours: White, Black, Natural Wood, Dark Brown, Gold, and Silver.
Frame Dimensions: The width may vary; however is typically (the front of the frame) 9 to 14 mm wide (0.35" to 0.55").

Processing and preparing for printing will take between 5 and 7 business days. Depending on your location, shipping varies between 1 and 3 weeks.

No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of this product, all sales are final once the proof is approved.
Free Replacement Policy: Please ensure you open your package upon receipt to ensure it is in mint condition! Frames are delicate during transit. If your item arrives damaged, and we are notified 14+ days after reciept, the free replacement policy will no longer apply.
